GenScript is seeking a logistics support role in Singapore to help process shipping documents, maintain customs declarations, and manage daily order processing. The position focuses on data entry, coordination across teams, and ensuring shipments align with production schedules.

Ideal candidates have a relevant logistics education, basic process understanding, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Diploma, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Responsabilités

• Process and confirm shipping documents for logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain documents and customs declarations related to shipments.
• Record and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.
• Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment data.
• Track freight costs and analyze related data.
• Communicate with internal teams to align logistics with production schedules.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Organize and maintain compliance documentation for import and export.
• Prepare routine transaction data for audits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in processing and confirming shipping documents for logistics operations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining documents and customs declarations related to shipments.
• Assist in recording and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.
• Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Assist in monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment data.
• Support in tracking freight costs and assist in uploading and analyzing related data.
• Assist in communication with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules.
• Assist in basic coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for import and export.
• Assist in preparing and organizing routine transaction data for audits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Diploma, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Have basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Commitment Period: 5 months and above
