Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corp. in Singapore is offering a five-month logistics support role. You will assist in processing shipping documents, preparing customs declarations, and handling daily order processing and data entry.

You will help coordinate packing, shipping, and data tracking across inbound and outbound shipments while supporting cost tracking and audits. The role emphasizes learning logistics processes with a collaborative team, with a wide range of benefits and a commitment period of five

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in processing and confirming shipping documents for logistics operations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining documents and customs declarations related to shipments.
• Assist in recording and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.
• Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Assist in monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment data.
• Support in tracking freight costs and assist in uploading and analyzing related data.
• Assist in communication with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules.
• Assist in basic coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for import and export.
• Assist in preparing and organizing routine transaction data for audits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Diploma, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Have basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Commitment Period: 5 months and above
