Job summary

Bosch ASEAN is seeking a motivated L&D intern to support the East Asia training center with hands-on project work in a corporate setting.

You will contribute to learning initiatives, assist in coordinating trainings, and help develop materials while learning from experienced professionals across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, psychology, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating resources for on-site trainings and workshops.
• Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes.
• Plan and manage events, including vendor communications and logistics.
• Process training expenses and maintain accurate records.
• Research and propose engaging learning activities and content.
• Co-facilitate sessions to gain practical facilitation experience.
• Support other HR and L&D projects as needed.

Job Description

C/BTC-EA is a newly established regional learning organization formed through the integration of the Bosch Training Center ASEAN (C/BTC-AS) and Bosch Training Center Japan (C/BTC-JP), effective 1 September 2026.

C/BTC-EA is responsible for driving learning and capability development across East Asia, covering ASEAN, Japan, and Korea, while collaborating closely with global Bosch learning networks and stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands‑on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Learning & Development (L&D) intern in Bosch Training Centre East Asia, you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on‑site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
• Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes, supporting the communication of these initiatives to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
• Assist in the planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications, contributing to successful learning experiences.
• Ensure training expenses for on‑site trainings and workshops are processed promptly, maintaining accurate records and efficient financial operations.
• Research and propose new, engaging and innovative learning activities, technologies, and content to enhance our existing materials, driving continuous improvement in learning and development.
• Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co‑facilitate sessions, thereby gaining valuable experience in engaging audience and developing facilitation skills.
• Support other HR and L&D projects as necessary, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department and gaining broad experience.

• An educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong interest in learning and development, talent development, or organizational learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A self‑motivated and adaptable individual with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
