Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in SAP R/3.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite deliveries and maintain shipment tracking in SAP R/3.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain performance tracking.

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern Supply Chain you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Order Management & SAP Tracking

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders within SAP R/3; monitor and follow up on open orders pending supplier confirmations.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite urgent or delayed deliveries and maintain accurate shipment tracking information in SAP R/3.

Logistics & Documentation

• Monitor daily inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time warehouse arrivals.
• Prepare, verify, and execute export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Perform billing verification by reconciling vendor invoices against shipping and delivery documents; maintain accurate logistics records.

Administrative Support

• Support the Supply Chain team with data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
