What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Third Party Risk Management Implementation: Support the implementation of the Bank's Third Party Risk Management system, including process documentation, data preparation, and user onboarding activities.
• Training & Documentation: Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, process documentation, and communications to support system adoption.
• Enterprise GRC Platform Support: Support the implementation of additional Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform releases, including Business Continuity Management and Policy Management & Oversight capabilities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in user testing activities, identify issues, document observations, and support resolution efforts during system implementation.
• Process Analysis & Improvement: Review existing processes, identify gaps or enhancement opportunities, and support initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
• AI & Innovation Initiatives: Assist in exploring practical AI use cases within governance, risk, and compliance processes while considering data quality, controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Data & Reporting Support: Support data preparation, analysis, validation, and reporting activities to facilitate implementation and decision‑making.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain project documentation, and support project execution.
• Ad‑hoc Projects: Provide support on other risk management, governance, and transformation initiatives as assigned.

Group Non‑Financial Risk Management plays a critical role in strengthening the Bank's governance framework and ensuring effective management of operational, compliance, third‑party, and enterprise risks. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who partner with business and support units across the Bank to enhance risk management practices, improve processes, and leverage technology to drive greater efficiency and resilience.
