As a Group Accounting & Systems Excellence Intern, you will support the Finance & Accounting Global Process Owner / PMO function, contributing to key projects and process improvements. You will primarily liaise with internal stakeholders across Group Accounting, Business Services, and IT to ensure alignment and efficiency in financial operations. This role offers valuable exposure to cross-functional collaboration and global finance practices.
Assist with GPO governance by supporting newsletter preparation, updating initiative trackers, and contributing to documentation and presentations
Support project planning and decision-making through research, data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations
Support access provisioning and maintain organized project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
Provide meeting support by preparing materials, attending sessions, taking notes, and distributing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Undergraduate in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and delivering presentations.
