Job summary

CapitaLand Group in Singapore is seeking a degree student to support IT and business teams by developing and integrating our franchise toolkit within the portal, coordinating with various departments to tailor content for franchisees.

You will help maintain the franchise portal, organize materials, test AI chatbot initiatives, and prepare content for learning and audits, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in IT/CS/Business or related fields.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Continuous development and integration of the Franchise toolkit.
• Coordinate toolkit content from functional departments for franchisees.
• Curation and content organisation for China and Global brands.
• Maintain and update the Franchise Portal site.
• Ensure manuals and user guides are up to date in the portal.
• Maintain user lists and access controls.
• Monitor feedback and improve portal navigation.
• Assist in AI Chatbot project testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with global teams, especially China and Europe.
• Prepare content for learning management system for franchisees.
• Support franchise audit implementation and tracking.
• Develop systems/templates for reviews of franchisee performance.
• Research competitor offerings, market practices and trends.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuous development of the Franchise toolkit
• Following up with and integrating the toolkits from various functional departments to ensure that they are seamless and tailored to franchisees.
• For China and Global, curation and content organisation to optimise user experience, development of new sites for new brands.
• Maintenance and update of the Franchise Portal site
• Ensuring the resources from functional departments in the portal, such as franchise manuals and user guides, are up to date.
• Maintaining list of users and user access controls.
• Monitoring user feedback on the portal and implementing initiatives to improve user experience and navigation.
• Assist in driving AI Chatbot project on portal including doing testing and providing feedback and direction for the project.
• Communication and implementation/ test bedding of new initiatives with global country teams, especially China and Europe.
• Curation and preparation of content for franchisees in the learning management system.
• Assist in implementation of new franchise audit and audit system globally and tracking audit results and follow ups.
• Prepare system/template for regular review of franchisee performance.
• Research on competitor franchise offerings, market practices and trends.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Business Analytics, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills.
• IT background/ tech-savvy preferred.
