Job summary

CapitaLand invites interns in Singapore to join the Global Franchise and Strategy Planning team. You will help develop the Franchise toolkit, curate content for global teams, and maintain the Franchise Portal with up-to-date manuals and access controls.

You'll assist with AI chatbot testing, content for the learning platform, and audit-related initiatives across regions including China and Europe. This internship offers exposure to real-world franchise operations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Business Analytics, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
Detail-oriented and meticulous with strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

Continuous development of the Franchise toolkit and portal resources.
Coordinate content for China and Global; optimise user experience and develop new brand sites.
Maintain and update the Franchise Portal; ensure manuals and user guides are current; manage user access controls.
Assist in testing and providing feedback for the AI Chatbot project on the portal.
Prepare content for franchisees in the learning management system and support audit initiatives.
Research market practices and trends for franchise offers and assist in audit tracking.
