CapitaLand Group is seeking a student intern to help convert finance policies into AI-enabled e-learning modules and to support Power BI dashboards for finance reporting. The role involves data extraction, AI-driven content creation, and exploring automation opportunities with AI tools.

You will collaborate with finance, operations and technology teams on transformation projects. Ideal candidates are pursuing diplomas or degrees in related fields, with interest in AI and digital transformation,

Competenze

Pursuing a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, information systems, computer science or related disciplines.
Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and process automation.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Python, SQL, Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to experiment with innovative technologies.

Mansioni

Convert Finance Policies & Procedures (P&P), SOPs and guidelines into AI-enabled e-learning modules and digital learning content.
Utilise AI tools to summarise finance policies, generate learning materials, develop quizzes and assessments, and enhance user engagement.
Convert existing finance training videos and recorded training sessions into reusable digital learning content and interactive e-learning modules.
Support the design and development of Power BI dashboards for Finance and Management reporting.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation and analysis to support dashboard and reporting requirements.
Assist in identifying opportunities to automate finance processes using AI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and other digital tools.
Support the development of AI agents and proof-of-concepts to improve productivity and streamline finance operations.
Collaborate with finance, operations and technology teams on transformation projects and ad-hoc assignments.
