Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking an Intern in Product Management (Data Analyst) to assist in shaping product roadmaps, conducting app UAT tests, and turning data into actionable insights for product improvements.

You will collect and analyse user behavior, build dashboards, and present findings to cross-functional teams to drive decisions and optimisations of the CapitaLand app.

Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma or degree in data analytics, data science, CS, or statistics.
• Proficient with SQL, Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools and A/B testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers in defining roadmaps and conducting app UAT testing.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data related to user behavior and product performance.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate key insights and KPIs.
• Assist in A/B testing and analyse results to guide product improvements.
• Assist in data analysis efforts to uncover insights and trends.
• Use data to uncover opportunities for app improvement and optimisation.
• Develop data visualisations to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular reports on app performance and user behavior to stakeholders.
