Job summary

Sembcorp is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join its specialised construction team in Singapore. You will assist in cost estimates, prepare BOQs, and support contract administration on complex projects.

You will work closely with the QS team, perform measurements, analyze budgets, and help monitor financial performance while using Excel, CostX and AutoCAD to support decision making. Singaporean candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Background in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, or other quantity surveying software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirement.
• Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered
