Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction in Singapore is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveying assistant to support cost estimation, tender preparation, and procurement activities on major projects.

You will assist in reviewing contracts and drawings, perform site measurements, and monitor budgets. The role requires solid numerical ability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic construction environment; Singaporean candidates only.

Qualifications

• Background in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, or other QS software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Singaporean candidates only.
