Job summary

GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore invites applications for a role in the Food & Beverage Department. You will support online order processing and coordination for events and guest requests, contributing to service excellence.

Role requires digital literacy and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail in documentation and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process online orders across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Klook, Grab, Oddle).
• Verify order details, payment status, delivery/collection timings and special requests.
• Ensure accurate POS entry, order tracking and timely fulfilment.
• Prepare, organize and maintain order documentation and records.
• Assist with customer collection, including order verification and handover.
• Provide professional customer service, respond to enquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams to fulfil customer requests.
• Support Catering Sales team with enquiries, proposals, quotations and site inspections.

Reporting to the Director of F&B, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Manage and process online orders across TikTok, Shopee, Klook, Grab and Oddle.
• Verify order details, payment status, delivery/collection timings and special requests.
• Ensure accurate POS entry, order tracking and timely fulfilment.
• Prepare, organize and maintain order documentation and records.
• Assist with customer collection, including order verification and handover.
• Provide professional customer service, respond to enquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams to fulfil customer requests.
• Receive hands‑on training and exposure to Catering Sales and event sales for the Hotel’s ballrooms and event spaces.
• Support the Catering Sales team with enquiries, proposals, quotations, client follow‑ups and site inspections.
• Assist with daily operations, reporting and record keeping, while adhering to company SOPs, food safety and confidentiality requirements.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
