Job summary

Grab is seeking an enthusiastic Intern, Account Management for Merchant Growth in Singapore. You will support merchant communications, onboard new merchants, and help manage account data across teams. This on-site internship runs January to May/June 2026 and offers exposure to Ads, Pay, and Express services.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, prepare documentation, and identify opportunities for account growth while ensuring timely responses and accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate.
• Interest in merchant growth / account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers with merchant communications, routine enquiries, account reviews, and escalation of complex matters.
• Prepare and maintain account documentation, proposals, presentations, reports, and client-interaction summaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant information in the CRM system and other platforms.
