Job summary

INTELLECT MINDS PTE. LTD. seeks a Solutions Architect to drive technical discovery and architect multi-cloud disaster recovery strategies for CloudCasa data protection. You will lead PoCs and demonstrate how to secure enterprise Kubernetes environments across OpenShift, Rancher, Nutanix NKP, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

You will design resilient workflows, guide customer workshops, and translate requirements into actionable product roadmap input to align with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes architectures for managed and self-managed platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE and OpenShift/SUSE Rancher).
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts such as CSI, CNI, PVs, Service Mesh, etc.
• 5–8 years in relevant roles, preferably in pre-sales/solutions architect positions.
• Strong Linux skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilient, multi-region backup, restore, and data migration workflows for production clusters.
• Lead Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) validation cycles to meet customer criteria.
• Synthesize enterprise requirements and feature requests to guide the Product Roadmap.

Job description

The Solutions Architect serves as the primary technical advisor and product evangelist for our CloudCasa data protection and DR solution. You will lead technical discovery, architect multi-cloud disaster recovery (DR) strategies, run Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and demonstrate how to seamlessly secure enterprise Kubernetes environments such as Red Hat OpenShift, SUSE Rancher, Nutanix NKP, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Your core responsibilities include

1. Solution Design: Architecting resilient, multi-region backup, restore, and data migration workflows for complex production clusters.
2. Demonstrate Value: Leading Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) validation cycles to hit customer technical criteria.
3. Field Intelligence: Synthesizing enterprise customer requirements and feature requests to guide the Product Roadmap.

Qualifications

1. Working experience with Kubernetes architectures for both managed services (like EKS, AKS, GKE) as well as self-managed (like Red Hat OpenShift, SUSE Rancher, Nutanix NKP).
2. Excellent understanding of Kubernetes concepts such as CSI, CNI, PVs, Service Mesh, etc.
3. 5-8 years of relevant industry experience preferably in pre-sales/solutions architect roles
4. Strong Linux stills

Additional Information

Must Have:

1. Ability to prioritize on customer and business outcomes
2. Excellent presentation skills to articulate deep technical Kubernetes concepts into clear business outcomes for technical directors and executives.
3. Excellent discovery skills to lead workshops to uncover a prospect's true pain points regarding backup windows, RTO/RPO targets, and compliance (e.g., NIS2, DORA, SOC2).
4. Deep understanding of public cloud security (IAM roles, AWS S3 / Azure Blob immutable storage policies, and KMS/Key Vault encryption).

Highly Desirable:

1. Experience working with Enterprise storage systems (HPE, Dell, NetApp, Hitachi, etc)
2. Experience working as a backup administrator for a large enterprise
3. Proficiency in writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Helm charts) to automate the onboarding of hundreds of enterprise clusters to the platform during pre-production testing.
