Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, insurance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in insurance operations, onboarding, agency administration, or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of MAS and GIA regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Intermediary Administration: manage onboarding for distribution intermediaries across tied agency force, FAs, bancassurance, and GI agencies.
• Create intermediary codes and enable sales authority and system access.
• Register and maintain intermediary licensing with MAS and GIA.
• Process intermediary movements and updates to personal or business details.
• Support intermediary hierarchy structures for compensation and reporting.
