Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Tender QS/Estimator to manage pre-contract tender activities for fitting-out or construction projects, based at Dhoby Ghaut.

This full-time position requires preparing BOQ, tender pricing, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. You will review documents, perform cost estimates, support post-tender negotiations, and ensure submissions meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender / pre-contract roles such as Tender QS, Estimator, Pre-Contract QS or Cost Estimator in fitting-out or construction projects.
• Ability to prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, tender pricing and quotation comparison.
• Familiar with subcontractor and supplier sourcing, tender enquiries and tender documentation.
• Capable of identifying tender discrepancies, omissions, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive tender submissions and issue tenders to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify and engage suitable subcontractors and suppliers based on project scope and location.
• Review and input BOQ and prepare tender pricing documents.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
• Verify quantities, check measurements, and identify omissions in the BOQ.
• Ensure all project scopes are captured during tender preparation and aligned with client requirements.
• Support post-tender negotiations and handover to project delivery team upon award.
