Job summary

You will ensure competitive pricing and timely submissions while maintaining design intent.

After project award, you will contribute to cost control, progress claims, variations, and final accounts, coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-contract tendering and cost estimation.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs from drawings for interiors.
• Familiarity with SIA, PAM, or bespoke contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and prepare cost plans and BQ.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations.
• Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize cost while preserving design intent.
• Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare progress claims after award.
• Perform measurements and take-offs for interior fit-out elements.
• Ensure contract administration and compliance with regulatory standards.
