CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced interior fit-out project supervisor with 5+ years in site management.

You will oversee daily interior fit-out works, coordinate with trades, and ensure compliance with drawings and schedules. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, and experience with high-end residential or five-star hotel projects in Singapore or Southeast Asia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Building or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of interior fit-out construction and site management experience.
• Experience in high-end residential and five-star hotel interior fit-out projects.
• Experience working with a main contractor in Singapore or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, workmanship standards and quality control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project or other relevant construction software.
• Strong site coordination, problem-solving and subcontractor management skills.
• Communicate effectively with multicultural project teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, material deliveries and subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, M&E, fire protection and other trades to resolve site interface and installation issues.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and provide technical support to resolve site-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate material inspections, mock-up approvals, quality inspections and handover activities.
• Identify construction defects, coordinate rectification works and ensure timely closure of outstanding issues.
• Attend site coordination meetings, prepare progress updates and report potential delays or technical concerns to management.
• Support project completion, final inspections, defect rectification and handover to clients.
