CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor. You will oversee daily interior works, coordinate with multiple trades, and ensure quality and timelines for high-end residential and hotel projects in Singapore.

The role requires strong site management skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related field.
• 5+ years of interior fit-out and site management experience.
• Experience with high-end residential and luxury hotel interiors.
• Experience with main contractors in Singapore/Southeast Asia is a plus.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise interior fit-out works ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Monitor progress, manpower, material deliveries and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with trades to resolve site interface and installation issues.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, provide technical support.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship quality.
• Coordinate material inspections, mock-ups, and handovers.
• Identify defects and coordinate rectifications.
• Attend coordination meetings and report delays or concerns.
• Support project completion and handovers to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, material deliveries and subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, M&E, fire protection and other trades to resolve site interface and installation issues.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and provide technical support to resolve site-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate material inspections, mock-up approvals, quality inspections and handover activities.
• Identify construction defects, coordinate rectification works and ensure timely closure of outstanding issues.
• Attend site coordination meetings, prepare progress updates and report potential delays or technical concerns to management.
• Support project completion, final inspections, defect rectification and handover to clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Building or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out construction and site management.
• Experience in high-end residential and five-star hotel interior fit-out projects is required.
• Experience working with a main contractor in Singapore or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, workmanship standards and quality control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project or other relevant construction software.
• Strong site coordination, problem-solving and subcontractor management skills.
• Communicate effectively with multicultural project teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities in a fast-paced construction environment.
