S&TECHS CONSTRUCTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for interior fit-out projects. You will manage cost, procurement, and commercial aspects from tender through to final account, reporting to senior commercial management and collaborating with project managers and design teams.

This fast-paced design-and-build role requires strong grasp of variations, subcontractor management, and cost control, with English and Mandarin proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Procurement, variations, and subcontractor accounts management.
• Comfortable working in short-duration, fast-track projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation and budgeting for interior fit-out projects from detailed specs.
• Procurement and tendering; negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings for material planning.
• Cost control, reporting, and forecasting with project team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract documentation.
