Job summary

TIL CONCEPTS (PTE.) LTD. is seeking aspiring interior designers to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. You will work directly with clients, develop creative design solutions, and gain industry experience while growing your income through project success.

You will design space plans, mood boards, and 2D/3D visuals, present concepts to clients, and collaborate with suppliers and contractors to deliver projects on time and to clients' budgets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and internship experience are welcomed.
• Ability to create and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client interactions.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Self-motivated and proactive with ownership of projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Design & Creativity

• Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans, mood boards, and design concepts
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualisations to bring design ideas to life
• Recommend materials, finishes, furnishings, and design solutions based on clients' needs and budgets
• Present design concepts confidently and professionally to clients

Client & Project Management

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, and project goals
• Guide clients through the design journey from consultation to project completion
• Prepare design proposals and quotations
• Convert design enquiries into successful projects through consultation and relationship building

Collaboration & Site Coordination

• Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and completion timelines
• Resolve challenges proactively and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project

• Knowledge of residential renovation projects (HDB, condominium, landed properties)
• Background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
