Job summary

ELITEZ PTE LTD is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to support projects from concept development through documentation, procurement, and site installation.

The role offers exposure to design, procurement, and site work, with collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Qualification/Certification in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
• Able to produce detailed drawings for interior millworks and finishes.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material selections
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details
• Produce 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp
• Assist with FF&E, lighting, materials, finishes, furniture, and colour specifications
• Prepare design presentations, schedules, and documentation for contractors
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Support material sourcing, quotation comparison, procurement, and order tracking
• Assist with site coordination, snagging, installation, and project close-out
• Prepare presentation decks and other client-facing design materials
