Job summary

NEWRICH DEVELOPMENT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and project feasibility.

You will translate concepts into compelling spaces and coordinate with clients and teams. You will develop design concepts, produce 3D visuals, prepare technical drawings, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and mentor junior designers to elevate project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing interior design projects independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
