Job summary

NEWLINK INDUSTRIAL & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior designer to create compelling designs and layouts for diverse Singapore projects.

You will develop proposals, presentations, space planning, elevations and detail drawings, and supervise 2D/3D drawings while coordinating with clients, contractors and vendors. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with strong 3D rendering using 3DS Max and familiarity with SketchUp.

Qualifications

Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential.
Excellent 3D rendering skills using 3DS Max.
Familiarity with SketchUp.
Ability to hand or computer sketch.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
Work on interior design proposals and presentations.
Involve in site measurements, layout planning and material selection.
Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevations and detail drawings.
Responsible for production of interior design drawings and 3D drawings.
Collaborate with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
Meet with clients to understand objectives and desires.
Progress reporting to director on clients’ issues.
Maintain industry knowledge to stay current.
