Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design, renovation, or architectural drafting
• A portfolio showcasing drafting work and completed projects is required
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documentation for residential and commercial interior design projects
• Produce layout plans, demolition plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, electrical and lighting layouts, elevations, sections, and carpentry drawings
• Translate conceptual designs into accurate buildable technical drawings
• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers; revise drawings based on design developments
