Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Interior Design professional to design and draft using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, and to produce detailed construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting Software: Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max for precise floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Technical Documentation: Produce detailed construction drawings, electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, and carpentry detailing.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations: Familiar with local guidelines to ensure legal compliance.
• Project Management & Budgeting: Source materials, procure furniture/fixtures, manage timelines, keep costs within budget.
• Material & Furniture Knowledge: Understand material durability, textile performance, lighting design, and ergonomics.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters to ensure on-site execution.
