Job summary

WERKZ & DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior designer to develop concepts and space plans that meet client requirements. You will create mood boards, drawings and material selections using AutoCAD.

Additionally, produce 3D models with SketchUp and Enscape, coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensure accurate on-site implementation through design development to project completion.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Knowledge of Enscape or other 3D rendering software preferred.
Strong space planning, materials and finishes understanding.
Able to prepare technical/construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts and space planning based on clients' requirements.
Prepare design proposals, layout plans, mood boards and material selections.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and rendering software.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and other relevant parties throughout the project.
Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required.
Coordinate materials, finishes, furniture and other interior design elements.
Ensure that design requirements and details are properly implemented on site.
Assist with project coordination from design development through project completion.
