Job summary

Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to independently meet clients, understand renovation needs, and develop applied design concepts with space planning and material selections. You will deliver 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and compelling proposals.

The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with contractors, and guiding clients from consultation to project closure while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an interior design firm.
• Able to independently handle clients from consultation to project confirmation.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costing and design proposals.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes and detailed design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Independently meet and liaise with clients to understand renovation and design requirements.
• Develop creative interior design concepts, including space planning, materials, colour schemes, furniture and lighting.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings and renderings.
• Prepare quotations, costing and project proposals based on clients' requirements.
• Manage the client journey from initial consultation, design proposal and quotation to sales closing.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Stay updated on interior design trends and materials.

• Strong communication, client management and sales closing skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
