Fuku is seeking an experienced interior designer to meet clients, understand their renovation needs, and provide tailored design solutions. The role covers concept development, space planning, and presenting 2D/3D renderings, followed by quotations and project progression.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in interior design, strong client communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Office-based in Tai Seng with opportunities for salary growth and ownership of projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an interior design firm.
• Able to handle clients from initial consultation to project confirmation.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costing, and design proposals.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes, and detailed design drawings.

Aufgaben

• Meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.
• Follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and provide suitable design solutions.
• Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture, and lighting.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings, and renderings.
• Prepare quotations, costing, and project proposals based on clients' requirements.
• Manage clients from initial consultation, design proposal, and quotation through to project confirmation and sales closing.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
