Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking an interior design professional with at least 1 year of experience to meet and liaise with clients, understand renovation needs, and develop practical design solutions across space planning, materials, and lighting.

You will create 2D/3D drawings and renderings, prepare quotations and proposals, and guide projects from initial consultation to sales closing, using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop to deliver compelling concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of interior design experience.
• Able to handle clients from consultation to project confirmation.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costing, and design proposals.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes and detailed drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Studio Max, and Photoshop.
• Strong communication and sales closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation requirements.
• Follow up with clients, understand needs, and provide design solutions.
• Develop interior design concepts including space planning, materials, colour schemes, furniture, and lighting.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings, and renderings.

• Manage clients from initial consultation, design proposal, and quotation through to project confirmation and sales closing.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
