Reborn Interior is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team in the Jurong East West Region, Singapore. This full-time role focuses on conceptualising and delivering design solutions for diverse projects, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team in the Jurong East West Region. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse and challenging design projects. As an Interior Designer at Reborn Interior, you will play a key role in conceptualising and executing design solutions that enhance our clients' spaces. You will work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to bring creative visions to life whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design concepts and mood boards that align with client requirements and project briefs
• Create detailed design drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualisations using industry-standard software
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand spatial constraints and opportunities
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into refined concepts
• Manage design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that meet design specifications and budget parameters
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Conduct site visits during installation to monitor quality and resolve any design-related issues
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and design files for future reference
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field from a recognised institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes, and space planning principles
• Excellent spatial visualisation and creative problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, and construction teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to client feedback and design revisions
• Preferred: experience with 3D rendering software such as V-Ray or similar tools
• Preferred: knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards
