Job summary

mustard is partnering with an award-winning international studio as they expand their Singapore practice. We are seeking an ambitious Interior Designer looking to make a direct impact on high-profile, regional projects within a highly creative and collaborative environment.

You will contribute across all design phases—from initial concept development to detailed design packages for large-scale projects across Asia.

What You Will Do:

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Contribute across all design phases—from initial concept development to detailed design packages for large-scale projects across Asia.
• Design & Visualization: Translate abstract concepts into precise 2D drawing packages and high-quality 3D spatial visualizations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior design leaders, technical teams, and consultants to ensure design intent and quality excellence are maintained throughout.

What We Are Looking For:

• Background & Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in interior design
• Software Proficiency: High command of AutoCAD and SketchUp for drafting, detailing, and 3D modeling.
• Mindset & Communication: Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude toward learning and spatial craft.
• Note: Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) are strongly preferred.
