LEECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

is seeking a talented 3D Designer to turn concepts into vivid interior visuals for commercial spaces, collaborating with the Lead Designer to plan, develop, and execute projects from concept to completion for multinational clients across Asia. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of interior or commercial design experience, strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and V-Ray, and a compelling portfolio demonstrating 3D design expertise in a variety of materials

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior or commercial design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong foundation in layout composition, colour theory, and spatial design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing 3D design expertise is required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, execute, and implement creative design ideas in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
• Plan and design spaces that balance function and aesthetics.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth design execution and project delivery.
• Prepare and produce detailed 2D drawings, photorealistic 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
• Utilise design software such as 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and V-Ray to create detailed visuals and layout plans.
• Support project presentations, material boards, and site-related design coordination.

We’re looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Designer who can bring ideas to life through captivating visuals and spatial creativity. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and the creative team to design, plan, and execute projects that inspire — from concept to completion — for our multinational clients across Asia and beyond.
