Job summary

HIVAR STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an adaptable Interior Designer to translate client lifestyle and budget into compelling design concepts and space plans for residential projects. You will develop 2D layouts, 3D perspectives and professional presentations for client review.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in interior design, architecture or related field preferred.
• Experience in Singapore's residential renovation/interior-design industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp preferred.
• Strong design sense and understanding of space planning and materials.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualifications may also be considered.
• 1-3 years: Junior Interior Designer; 3+ years: Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer
