Job summary

HiVAR Studio Pte Ltd. is seeking an interior designer to translate client brief into compelling concepts, space plans and presentations for residential projects in Singapore.

You will develop 2D layouts and 3D perspectives, prepare drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, and present proposals to clients while coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design or related field.
• Experience in residential renovation in Singapore is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently; self-motivated.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Singapore's residential renovation/interior-design industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp preferred.
• Good design sense and understanding of space planning and materials.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualifications may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years: Junior Interior Designer
3+ years: Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer
