Job summary

Prestige Global Designs Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Interior Drafter to produce detailed drawings and collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to realize innovative, functional, and aesthetic interior spaces.

You will craft floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and SketchUp, maintain documentation, and support design execution through site visits, renderings, and mood boards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD & SketchUp) and other design-related software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design and drafting work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for interiors using AutoCAD & SketchUp.
• Maintain project documentation ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with interior designers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Prepare and revise drawings based on client and team feedback.
• Conduct site visits to measure spaces for accurate drafting.
• Assist in creating presentation materials including 3D renderings and mood boards.
• Incorporate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures into design plans.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to align on objectives and progress.
• Stay informed on latest interior design trends and drafting technologies.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
