Job summary

Singapore Gold Mantis International Development Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Project Drafter to support interior fit-out projects by producing accurate shop drawings. You will collaborate with design, project, and site teams to ensure timely submissions that meet specifications and codes, and you will maintain version control and organized records.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Drafting or Interior Design and 5+ years of drafting experience, with AutoCAD

Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
5+ years of drafting experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
Ability to read and understand construction and M&E drawings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce shop drawings, including layout plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for interior fit-out projects.
Work with the project manager and site teams to develop drawings based on design intent and site requirements.
Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect site changes, client feedback, or authority requirements.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on drawing details where necessary.
Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and company drafting standards.
Maintain organized drawing records and version control.
