Job summary

ARCHIPELAGO DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior design drafting professional to produce detailed drawings for interior fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will create floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings while translating concepts into technical drawings and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office, with familiarity in Revit or 3D software considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, drafting, or related field.
• Proficiency with interior construction details and finishing works.
• Ability to translate design concepts into accurate working drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior design drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, details.
• Develop shop drawings and construction drawings for fit-out works.
• Assist designers in translating concepts into technical drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Revise drawings to reflect design changes, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions as required.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Ensure drawings comply with specifications, local regulations, and standards.
• Maintain documentation and version control of project drawings.
• Support in material selection presentations, submissions, and project documentation.
• Assist project teams in resolving technical/design issues during construction.
