in Singapore seeks an experienced interior design drafter to produce detailed technical drawings for interior fit-out projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of drafting experience, a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit/3ds

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design drafting or fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or other visualization software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior construction details, materials, and finishing works.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed interior design drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and construction details.
• Develop shop drawings and construction drawings for interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
