Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software and strong drafting ability.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proven experience as an interior drafter or in a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design and drafting work.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for interiors using CAD software to support design execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with interior designers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Prepare and revise drawings based on client and team feedback to meet project goals.
- Conduct site visits to measure and document existing spaces for drafting accuracy.
- Assist in creating presentation materials including 3D renderings and mood boards.
