Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to independently meet with clients, develop creative design concepts, and manage projects from consultation to closing. You will prepare proposals, 2D/3D drawings, and renderings, while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.
• Able to independently handle clients from consultation to project confirmation.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costing and design proposals.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes and detailed design drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong communication, client management and sales closing skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.
• Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture and lighting.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings and renderings.
• Prepare quotations, costing and project proposals based on clients' requirements.
• Manage the client journey from initial consultation, design proposal and quotation to sales closing.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials and industry developments.
