Job summary

CRIMSON ID PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an experienced architectural professional to lead design projects for retail outlets and educational facilities.

You will plan spaces, ensure QP compliance, and deliver functional, regulatory-ready architectures. Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop to develop drawings and visual presentations, and coordinate with stakeholders to align designs with client needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and related design software

Responsibilities

• Design retail outlet and educational facility projects to meet client needs and functional requirements
• Plan and optimize spatial layouts to enhance usability and aesthetics
• Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QP) to ensure designs comply with regulatory and safety standards
• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings and plans for project execution
• Apply Adobe Photoshop to produce visual presentations and design concepts
• Use SketchUp to develop 3D models for client review and design validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design requirements and resolve project challenges
