Job summary

D' Perception Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to oversee corporate office projects from concept through construction documentation. You will translate client requirements into compelling spaces and detailed drawings, ensuring design intent is executed on site.

The position requires strong space planning, interior detailing and client presentation skills, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing corporate office projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Creative conceptual design ability is essential.
• Skilled in space planning, interior detailing and coordination.
• Strong coordination and technical drawing skills are needed.
• Good team player with proactive attitude and strong client presentation skills.
• Singapore citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Obtain client requirements and conduct site surveys.
• Develop design and detailed drawings.
• Prepare design presentations (e.g. colour schemes and material boards).
• Source competitive quotes/materials and samples.
• Prepare Construction Specifications and design documentation.
• Update changes and distribute to relevant parties.
• Participate in site meetings, site inspections and defect inspections.

REQUIREMENTS
