Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a talented interior designer in Singapore to transform client requirements into practical concepts. You will develop design solutions for commercial, residential and retail spaces with strong emphasis on space planning and presentation visuals.

Responsibilities include creating layouts, 2D drawings, 3D visualisations and material schemes, while coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Relevant interior design experience is preferred.
• Strong space planning, design principles and finishes knowledge.
• Creative, detailed and able to translate client ideas into practical solutions.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, VRay and Photoshop.

• Develop creative and practical interior design solutions based on clients’ requirements, budget and project objectives

• Handle design development for commercial, residential and retail projects

• Prepare space planning, layout plans, 2D drawings and 3D visualisations

• Develop design proposals, material selections, colour schemes and presentation materials

• Prepare project quotations, design proposals and other relevant documentation

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Attend site visits and assist with site coordination when required

• Follow up on project progress and ensure design details are properly implemented

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline

• Relevant experience in interior design is preferred;

• Strong understanding of space planning, design principles, materials and finishes

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to translate clients’ ideas into practical design solutions

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, VRay and Photoshop

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and project teams

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn

• Able to work independently as well as in a team
