Job summary

The Interface Manager will serve as the central on-site link for technical, logistical, and operational interfaces across CAPEX and CARP projects at Changi Airport. You will ensure alignment with civil works, architecture, and operational environments while avoiding service disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, with relevant project experience.
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1) or equivalent liaison capability with Japan counterparts.
• 10+ years in installation/interface roles on APM/AGT/LRT/MRT-like systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site conduit between MHI Japan and local stakeholders for interface management.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural consultants to ensure integration of subsystems.
• Lead interface meetings, track issues, and maintain the Master Interface Register.
• Support T&C boundaries and RFIs to minimise live-site disruption.
