ST Engineering Electronics Hub, Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Interface Manager for C3 Mobility Rail. This role leads interface projects from inception to completion, coordinating a team of interface engineers on site and serving as the primary contact forISCS activities with customers and consultants.

The incumbent reports to the Manager, C3, Mobility Rail, and will work closely with software teams to drive ITC activities and ensure timely delivery of interface testing and documentation.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in railway systems.
• Good communication and customer management skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of system interface engineers in a site environment.
• Act as primary customer contact for ISCS Interface activities.
• Lead technical sessions with Customer, External Consultants and SWCs to discuss System Interface issues.
• Plan and schedule interface testing with subsystems of major SWCs.
• Collaborate with software teams to deliver ISCS software for ITC activities.
• Follow up on Interface Related Documents (ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, etc.).
• Coordinate with Software Development Team on software interface issues.

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will be task to take an active role in managing interface projects from inception to completion.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Lead a team of system interface engineers in a site environment.
• Act as primary customer contact for ISCS Interface activities.
• Lead technical sessions with Customer, External Consultants andSWCs (System Wide Contractors) to discuss System Interface issues.
• Manage and be fully responsible for the planning and schedule of interface testing with subsystems of major SWCs.
• Working closely with software development teams to drive technical development leading the delivery of ISCS software for ITC (Integrated Testing and Commissioning activities)
• Follow up on Interface Related Documents such as but not limited to ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, etc.
• Follow up with Software Development Team for software interface related issues, etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate should have at least 5years of relevant experience in railway systems.
• Good communication and customer management skills is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver project within tight timeline.
• Self-Management before being able to manage others is a must.
• Must be able to work as a team player as well as a team lead.
