Job summary

Vertical Institute is seeking an Integrated Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand across social media, events, partnerships, and community engagement. You will own content direction, run organic and paid campaigns, and coordinate with our PR agency to ensure consistent brand messaging.

You will guide day-to-day activities for a Marketing Executive, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of integrated marketing, brand marketing, social media, or community marketing experience.
• Experience in education or training industry is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
• Proven experience managing a brand's social media presence from planning through execution.
• Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns and owned channels (Telegram/WhatsApp).
• Experience planning and delivering marketing events or community initiatives.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and content calendar across key platforms.
• Develop content direction for organic and paid social campaigns with brand voice and visuals.
• Plan and execute social-first campaigns to boost awareness and engagement.
• Conduct social media audits and optimize based on insights.
• Create content targeting HR leaders, business owners, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and community initiatives across segments.
• Coordinate with partners and agencies for co-marketing campaigns.
• Ensure marketing assets (emails, landing pages, collateral) align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers and external partners to deliver campaigns on time.
• Track performance and provide actionable recommendations.
