You will lead campaigns, manage budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate with CRM, PR, and retail teams to ensure cohesive branding and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing SEM (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
• Familiarity with email automation tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify), and SEO/SEM best practices.
• Skilled in content creation: briefing, script writing, and video storytelling.
• Strong analytical, project management, and multi‑tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• A proactive team player who can work independently, think strategically, and perform under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and optimise marketing budget with ROI targets.
• Prepare performance reports with insights for management.
• Plan, run, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Execute SEO/SEM strategies including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Execute email campaigns (Mailchimp/Klaviyo) with A/B testing and segmentation.
• Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Oversee social channels, content planning, and community engagement.
• Work with influencers and creators to enhance reach and credibility.
• Provide briefs for designers and videographers to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop PR strategies and manage media relations when needed.
• Collaborate with retail and CRM teams for promotions and loyalty programs.
• Build dashboards and analyze full funnel performance (awareness to conversion).
• Coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional teams on campaigns.
