Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end business and technology transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. You will drive change, optimize processes, and implement technology programs while meeting regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with business leaders, operations, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders, you will ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and maintain operational stability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Information Technology, Insurance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing large-scale business or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Strong project governance, budgeting, and delivery management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programmes across business and technology functions.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Track progress and provide regular reporting to senior management and sponsors.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and target operating models.
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and customer experience enhancements.
• Lead change management activities to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
